Tricycle Talent is a female led talent management collective.

Tricycle Talent provides its partners with working capital, strategic counsel and access to a wider network so that they can offer a 360’ management solution with a personal touch.

Tricycle Talent was founded by talent management and media veteran Sara Curran in 2019. Prior, Sara was one of the key executives at global talent management company James Grant Group (now YM&U) which manages clients in Sports, Music, Drama, Comedy and Entertainment. Previously, she was a key executive at Working Title, Universal Pictures International and PolyGram Filmed Entertainment.

Tricycle Talent began by seeding 6 talent/representation businesses: London-based Alma Artists (actors), London and Toronto-based Kudos Sports Management (footballers), LA-based Moondust Management (social influencers), London-based Rachel Mills Literary (authors/books), London-based River Talent Management (social influencers and musicians), and Dublin and London-based Voicebank Talent (voiceover artists).

Testimonials:

“When RML was a few months old, Sara Curran got in touch to tell me about Tricycle. She and Peter Sussman – key figures in the TV and film universe – had set up Tricycle to help newer businesses in their industry, offering capital and support – for example Tricycle worked with Eugene and Dan Levy to produce the Emmy sweeping show Schitt’s Creek. Initially I was hesitant. I really didn’t want our freedom or values to be curtailed in any way. But if you’ve met Sara, you will know she is terrifyingly persistent and persuasive. She showed me that with Tricycle on board we could build the team more quickly, have some serious business expertise behind us, have on hand legal counsel, and have access to the TV world. And thank god she did persuade me. Sara and Peter have been on the end of the phone for everything from ‘help – what does this film contract clause mean’ ‘to ‘help – there’s a global pandemic’. They have introduced us to amazing producers and writers and given me so much business advice I feel like it’s my own personal MBA course.”

“Seven months after we first took a leap of faith in each other (and plenty of sleepless nights later) we’re thrilled to announce that someone else has taken a leap of faith in us. Tricycle Talent has taken a minority shareholding in us here at River, to help us grow our little team and find an office to call home. Tricycle Talent will provide strategic counsel and expertise, as well as generally supporting us to be better talent managers for our growing roster. The River x Tricycle collaboration allows us to offer clients a truly 360 management solution, whilst keeping the personal touch that we think makes River special. With long time mentor, and ultimate boss babe, Sara Curran behind us, we could not be more excited for what’s to come.”
